Syd needs a home!

Syd is a Norwegian Elkhound. She was found as a stray. Syd is at the shelter. They said “We have had trouble getting her to come out of her shell or do much of anything. We fear that she is shutting down.”

Syd is a good girl. She is healthy and up to date on shots. Syd is afraid to interact or walk. The shelter environment is not doing her any favors. Can someone please help this sweet girl before it’s too late? Syd is four years old. She is located in Fairfax, Virginia. Transport help is available.
