Skipper is a Norwegian Elkhound mix. Her owner left her outside a convenience store and never came back to got her.

Skipper is a precious girl. She is very friendly. Skipper gets along with other dogs. She is healthy and up to date on shots. Skipper weighs 40 pounds. She is seven years old. Skipper is located in Charleston, West Virginia. Transport help is available.
