Rex is a Norwegian Elkhound. His owner passed away, and the family cannot keep him.

Rex is a sweet boy. His dream is to run and play. You see, Rex has been chained outside to a dog house his whole life. Rex has never known love or family. He wants desperately to be hugged and cared for. He loves being around people. Rex gets along with other dogs. He’d love a playmate.

Rex is six years old. He’s located in Charleston West Virginia. Transport help is available.
