Oreo needs a home!

Oreo is a Norwegian Elkhound. His owner has too many dogs and isn’t able to take care of him. The dogs are being left in a house all by themselves with a doggy door for an extended time being fed and watered but that’s it.
​
Oreo is a sweet boy. He gets along with other dogs. He is two years old. He is located in Charleston West Virginia. Transport help is available.
