Elsa needs a home!

Elsa is a Norwegian Elkhound. She was rescued from a kill shelter. She’s with an emergency foster. They cannot keep her.
​
Elsa is a sweet girl. She loves to play. Elsa gets along with other dogs. She is healthy, updated on DHPP, and flea and tick treatment. Elsa is doing well working on potty training. She is one year old. Elsa is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Transport help is available.
