
TONKA THE ELKHOUND
Tonka, the Elkhound, was a Norwegian Elkhound living in Canada. He was just beginning his day when all of a sudden he was a brutally attacked. This was not the first time by the same dogs. Tonka's life ended tragically that day. His owners are devastated. What did the dog laws do to protect him and his family?
