Diesel was adopted as a puppy at 8 weeks. He liked to play and explore his new world. He was treated like a king. Unfortunately the neighbors weren't nice to Diesel. They kept calling the police because he barked at them. The owner was afraid the police would take him away. She returned him to the breeder.
Diesel was adopted out a second time. It was thought that Diesel was in a good home. After two months, out of the clear blue sky, Diesel's owner called the breeder. She said to come and get Diesel. She didn't want him anymore. When Diesel was picked up, he was confused and not sure why he was returned back to his puppyhood home. When the breeder got Diesel home, she noticed something was wrong.
Diesel had become food aggressive and agitated with certain motions. No one understood what happened to this sweet puppy. Then they noticed the cigarette burns. Diesel had been burned on many parts of his body. He was taken to the vet and cared for. He began to heal physically. No matter how hard they tried, they could not get proof of who burned Diesel.
Diesel is now in a loving home where he has buddies to play with. His family takes him on walks and to events. He is a happy boy.
