UPDATE:  Banjo has been adopted!

Banjo has a new Elkhound friend to play with.  It took his new family two days of patience to convince him it was okay to come inside.  He had never been inside a house before.  The first night he did pretty well.  In the morning he was ready to go back out and play.  He loves his new Elkhound buddy and his family.
Congratulations Banjo!

Meet Banjo. Banjo is a smart and loving 3 year old young Norwegian Elkhound in Tennessee that was born on Fathers Day.  His owner had him since he was 8 weeks old.  He is neutered and has been an outside dog.
He is an awesome dog that his family no longer has time to care for him. He is currently an only dog so we are unsure of how he would do around other dogs at this time.
Do you think Banjo would be a great member of your family? Contact Four Paws Elkhound rescue via PM on Facebook, at http://www.fourpawselkhoundrescue.com/adoptionapplication
